For indoor domestic use. Comfort and firmness are a matter of personal preference, not a medical treatment — we make no health, orthopaedic or therapeutic claims. A mattress is supplied rolled or boxed and needs time to expand fully and air before use; use it on a suitable, ventilated base and rotate it as advised. For hygiene reasons a mattress or pillow that has been unsealed cannot be returned, so check your size and choice before opening; unopened, sealed items may be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. A motorised adjustable base must be set up and plugged in to a domestic socket per the instructions. CE marked where applicable.
