Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium mattresses and sleep products — pocket-spring, hybrid and natural latex mattresses, motorised adjustable bases and upholstered bed frames and headboards, with the toppers, memory pillows, protectors and sleep accessories to finish the bed. Comfort and firmness are a personal choice; we make no medical or therapeutic claims.

Comfort, hygiene & setting up

Comfort and firmness are a matter of personal preference, not a medical treatment — we make no health, orthopaedic or therapeutic claims, and our mattresses and bases are comfort and lifestyle products, not medical devices. A mattress is supplied rolled or compressed and needs time to expand fully and air before use; use it on a suitable, ventilated base and rotate it as advised. A motorised adjustable base plugs into a domestic socket and is set up per the instructions. For hygiene reasons a mattress or pillow that has been unsealed cannot be returned — check your size and choice before opening. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
