We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Mattresses, bases and frames

Mattresses ship rolled or boxed by parcel where they can; adjustable bases, upholstered frames and the complete sleep system are heavy and ship well protected, the larger pieces on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not assembled. A rolled mattress must be unrolled and left to expand and air before use; an adjustable base plugs into a domestic socket and is set up per the instructions. Pillows, protectors, toppers and accessories ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
